🤠🎓 Workforce Central Texas had a great time participating in the Future H.E.A.R.T.S. initiative hosted by Baylor Scott & White Health!

Students from Belton ISD and Temple Independent School District explored a variety of healthcare career pathways through hands-on activities highlighting different healthcare professions.

At our table, Workforce Boots, Belts & Buckles, students stepped into the game of life! They chose a career, earned income based on their career and college choices, and navigated real-life expenses like groceries, gas, health insurance, and unexpected costs. The students were engaged and excited as they discovered how career decisions can impact their future lifestyle and finances.

Future H.E.A.R.T.S. helps students see the many opportunities available in healthcare, from patient care and diagnostics to operations and support roles, while connecting career exploration with real-world decisions.

We’re proud to be part of initiatives that inspire students to explore their interests, discover career opportunities, and plan for their futures! 💼✨
