Yesterday was a reminder that Baltimore’s future is bright. 🌟

A huge congratulations to GBLA Youth Development Co-Chairs Natasha Speaks and Raiana Davis for planning and executing an extraordinary Teen Summit that empowered young people to embrace their leadership potential and recognize the power they have to shape their futures.

Throughout the day, students engaged in meaningful conversations around leadership, identity, emotional intelligence, community impact, and personal growth while connecting with mentors, professionals, and peers who challenged them to think bigger and lead boldly.

Thank you to our speakers, volunteers, partners, Morgan State University, and every student who showed up ready to learn, grow, and lead. The theme was “Leadership Starts Now: The Power We Choose to Wield,” and Baltimore’s next generation proved they are ready to answer the call.

The future isn’t waiting. It’s already being built.
