Our teams are actively working to remove materials that can contribute to odors and are implementing additional measures to help reduce the impact on surrounding communities.

Meet us at SNTL’s Fix-It Fair this Saturday, September 19, from 10AM to 3PM! 👏🛠️ Our team will be present to offer electronics and textile recycling. ♻️

Fix-It Fair is a FREE, family friendly event hosted by the Station North Tool Library for residents to get help from experienced volunteer fixers making common repairs on clothes, furniture, small appliances, dull knives, instruments, bikes, and so much more!

🚧 DPW PROJECT UPDATE 🚧
Major progress has been made on local infrastructure and water main work. Here is what Canton and Upper Fells Point residents need to know:

WHAT’S COMPLETED:
• Roadway Restoration: Final paving is finished on Eastern Ave (from S. Patterson Park Ave to S. Glover St), throughout West Canton, and in Upper Fells Point (north of Eastern Ave between Wolfe and Patterson Park).
• Water Mains: The 6" water main on the 600 block of S. Chapel St is officially finished. The new main at Fleet St & S. Wolfe St is also complete.

🚧 WORK UNDERWAY NOW:
• Road Restoration: Paving is currently in progress on 500 S. Castle St, 2000 Duker Ct, and 2100 Fleet St, with more areas to follow.
• Water Main Reconnections: Crews are wrapping up the 20" main on Eastern Ave (Madeira-Patterson Park Alley to Washington St). Reconnection work started today at S. Chester St and will head to S. Duncan St and S. Castle St next.
• Fleet & Washington: New main installation started today at the Fleet St & S. Washington St intersection.

WHAT’S COMING UP:
• Major Intersection Work: Expect significant activity at S. Washington St & Eastern Ave in the coming weeks to connect the new 20" main to the existing 30" main.
• Park Crosswalks: New pedestrian warning devices have been ordered for key Patterson Park access points along Eastern Ave and S. Patterson Park Ave. They will be installed in the coming weeks.
• Finishing Touches: General cleanup and punch-list items will remain ongoing across all project sites.
