⏰🚒 FALL BACK AND STAY SAFE, ASHLAND! 🍂
The Ashland Fire Department reminds everyone that Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday, November 1, at 2:00 AM!
Before heading to bed Saturday night, turn your clocks BACK one hour and take a few minutes to check your smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms!
🔋 Test all smoke and CO alarms to make sure they're working properly.
🔋 Replace batteries if needed. Remember, some alarms have sealed 10-year batteries that should not be replaced.
🏠 Check the expiration dates! Smoke alarms generally need replacing every 10 years, while CO alarms should be replaced according to the manufacturer's instructions.
😴 An extra hour of sleep is great. An extra layer of protection for your family is even better!
Stay safe, Ashland! 🚒❤️
