Discover a new story at City Lake Park's StoryWalk®. You'll find a bilingual children’s book and interactive activities for families along the trail. The newest book featured on the StoryWalk® is titled "Let's Ride."

Albemarle Parks & Recreation, in collaboration with Stanly County Partnership for Children, Stanly County Library, and Atrium Health, developed the StoryWalk® at City Lake Park. Children can experience the joy of reading while enjoying the benefits of outdoor activity, making it a perfect outing for families.

As you stroll along the scenic loop, you'll encounter pages from a children's book displayed at intervals, allowing you to enjoy the story while taking in the natural beauty of the park.

Location: City Lake Park, 815 Concord Rd, Albemarle, NC

Come and experience the magic of stories in the great outdoors!
