Our members attended Oceanman Schools last Thursday for a discussion about fire safety and the necessary steps to take when hearing smoke alarms, in light of the recent house fire; the elementary students generously gifted us with beautifully coloured pictures.

Happy Birthday to our retired deputy chief Doug Turner, even though Doug officially retired we can’t keep him away he still comes on some calls and from what I hear from Ambulance crew he still stops in for coffee. Have a great birthday Doug

We were toned out to a structure fire on Oceanman First Nation at 0844 ton arrival the structure was totally engulfed all occupants made it out of the house before the fire started. All units back in service at 1315
