OBJECTIFS
L'objectif principal de son action dans la communauté est le maintien et la création d'emploi. La Société de développement communautaire, par l'entremise d'un fonds d'investissement, offre du financement de dernier recours aux petites et moyennes entreprises sous forme de prêts, de garanties de prêts et de capital-actions. Il supporte et encourage toutes initiatives qui contribuent à la création et à la valorisation de l'emploi. Les objectifs de la Société de développement communautaire de Prescott-Russell sont les suivants :

Stimuler la création d'emploi par le soutien aux entreprises existantes et au développement de nouvelles entreprises,
Stimuler l'entrepreneurship sur le territoire de Prescott-Russell,
Promouvoir le développement de l'emploi, l'éducation et la formation,
Assurer la continuité de l'organisme en générant de nouvelles sources de revenus. La Société de développement communautaire de Prescott-Russell est un organisme à but non lucratif parrainé par Industrie Canada dans le cadre du programme d'aide au développement des collectivités. La société est dirigée par un conseil d'administration où siègent des bénévoles du domaine des affaires, de l'éducation et de l'agriculture. OBJECTIVES
The chief objective of the Community Development Corporation is to maintain and create jobs. Through an investment fund, we offer high-risk funding to small and medium-sized businesses in the form of loans, loan guarantees and share capital. We support and encourage all job creation and enhancement initiatives. The objectives of the Prescott-Russell Community Development Corporation are as follows:

Stimulate job creation by supporting existing businesses and the development of new ones
Stimulate entrepreneurship in Prescott-Russell
Promote the development of employment, education and training
Ensure the Corporation's continued existence by generating new sources of income
The Prescott-Russell Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization sponsored by Industry Canada through the Community Futures Development program. The Corporation is managed by a volunteer board of directors representing the business, education and agricultural sectors.

Lors de la 17e édition du Gala Excellence 2026, en plus de célébrer les de , la SDCPR a également été honorée leur 40ième anniversaire avec une mention spéciale à John Candie pour son engagement indéfectible envers notre organisation, les PME et les communautés de .
