Brokenhead River Regional Library The Brokenhead River Regional Library strives to inspire lifelong learning and advance knowledge. Vera McLean.

The Brokenhead River Regional Libarary was founded November 21, 1981 and it is administered by a local volunteer board and a trained staff. There are many more attributes the library has beyond just books. Available are talking books, magazines, videos, large print books, reference materials both in print and on CD’s, as well as interlibrary loan services. Our library has become home to 300 Teddy

Bears and accessories due to the generous donation of a local patron Mrs. We offer programs such as Story Time, Summer Reading, Nursery School and Daycare visits, Library tours and author visits are just a few of the ongoing activities at the Brokenhead River Regional Library. Library service is available free to residents or property owners of the R.M. of Brokenhead, the Town of Beausejour and any students of the Edward Schreyer School, Beausejour Early Years School, Happy Time Nursery School, or Gillis School. A non-residential fee of $25.00 per family is to be paid annually by anyone that does not fit the above criteria. This fee is to be paid in cash and a receipt should be issued to the patron for this amount.

Come down for our next Library Connections on Saturday! This will look a little different from our past ones. We will have the whole library looking like an art gallery to showcase the amazing works of some young artists in our community! Saturday May 23rd is the day it kicks off, and we will be celebrating with some treats and drinks from . It might be a rainy Saturday but it will be vibrant with art at the library! For those unable to attend tomorrow, the art will be staying up until Thursday June 4th so pop in between now and then.
