We are a grass roots charity which provides necessities to the vulnerable members of the community on a daily basis. Founded in 2012. Making a difference!

WILL2LIVE is a non profit organisation who provide basic necessities to people living on the streets in order to help them to live a happier and healthier life. How it started:
WILL2LIVE began in 2012 when the founder Will had an idea. He wanted to do something that varied day to day, working outdoors, involving people and the community. He started walking around Sydney CBD handing out meal packs to people sleeping on the streets. Over time, it attracted the attention of passers-by who were willing to offer not only their support and encouragement, but also their time, energy and contribution.

At the heart of Will2Live, this is what it’s all about.

Imagine being just 11 years old and facing life on the streets. Navigating challenges and circumstances that no young person, or anyone, should ever have to face.

It’s a reality that many of us can’t begin to imagine.

Will2Live is about more than providing a meal. It’s about community. Connection. Showing up for one another and reminding people that they are not alone.

Because sometimes, the most important thing we can offer is simply being there.

These two legends come along with their dad as part of a school volunteering project through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), and we absolutely love seeing the next generation showing up for their community.

They’re learning that giving back isn’t just about what you can give. It’s about showing up, meeting people, sharing a meal and being part of something bigger than yourself.

We love having you both at Will2Live.

You may recognise him from Heartbreak High and plenty of other shows and films you love, our very own Tom wilson has been coming down to Will2Live to give back to the community, and honestly… we rate that. 🖤

One of our community members instantly recognised him and to say she was STOKED would be an understatement…

So naturally, there was only one thing to do… request an autograph. ✍️

It’s moments like this that remind us why we do what we do. Different stories, different lives, but all sharing the same space, the same meal and a little bit of joy together.

For us, it’s always been about more than a meal. It’s about community, connection and making sure people feel welcomed, seen and cared for.

But if we’re serving food, we’re going to make sure it’s good food.

We work hard to provide meals that are balanced, nourishing and packed with the nutrients our bodies need, because good nutrition matters. It gives us energy, supports our health and helps us feel our best.

And for some of the people we meet, this may be their only meal of the day.

So we don’t just fill a plate. We make every meal count.

A lot of care, a lot of good food and a whole lot of community goes into what we serve. 🖤

Every Friday, we show up. ❤️

Each week, Will2Live delivers 80–100kg of food and 40 loaves of bread to the community room at Waterloo Towers, providing lunch for around 150 people in the community.

But what we do is about so much more than food.

Behind the scenes, there’s always something happening, helping where we can, connecting people with support, listening, checking in and doing whatever is needed to make someone’s day a little easier.

Because real community is about showing up, not just when it’s easy, but whenever we can.

It takes a village, and we’re so lucky to have one. 🫶

We love our community, and we’ll keep showing up for it, week after week. ❤️

Meet Kelly 💙

Since 2017, Kelly has been showing up for our community week after week.

She has donated almost 500 hours of her time. That’s nearly 21 full days dedicated to helping others.

Behind every meal served is someone choosing to spend their time making sure another person feels seen, supported and cared for.
