REMINDER!! FREE PREP VISION SCREENING

A registered nurse will be visiting the school commencing Thursday 20th August 2026 to conduct vision screening for children in their prep year.

If you would like your child’s vision screened, please scan the QR code in the attached consent and complete the form by Friday 26th of June 2026.

Please note a consent must be completed for your child to have the screening.
