e Gympie Region, plus visitors from nearby shires and travellers from around the world, this modern library provides access to the latest technology and friendly, professional staff who offer a range of programs and access to resources to suit all members. This session will introduce you to My Health Record and help you get started, as well as give you some examples for where My Health Record is useful. Suitable for ages 16 and over. Bookings are essential.

Did you know the Mount Pleasant Hotel has a long and interesting history? In 1868, Noah R***r applied for a publican’s licence to run the Mount Pleasant Hotel. Following this in 1885, Marion Shanahan (another publican) was taken to court for allowing card games to be played at this hotel! In 1932, a tornado struck the hotel as well, destroying roof panels and part of the kitchen. Are you interested in learning more about the history of hotels in Gympie?
