📢 PHA Resident Notice – HUD/REAC NSPIRE Inspection Scheduled
🏠 Attention Residents
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) NSPIRE inspection has been scheduled starting June 30, 2026.
This inspection will include inspections of random apartments and properties conducted by an actual HUD/REAC inspector and a SCHA maintenance staff member. Tenants do not need to be present during these inspections.
This inspection helps ensure our community remains safe, decent, and well-maintained for all residents. Inspectors may enter selected units and common areas to evaluate the condition of the property.
✅ Please help us prepare by:
- Ensuring smoke detectors are accessible and not covered.
- Removing clutter from exits, hallways, and around windows.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the management office as soon as possible.
- Securing pets during the inspection.
- Providing clear access to all rooms, utility areas, and appliances.
Inspection Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026. This inspection may take up to five (5) business days.
Time: Inspectors will be on-site throughout the day from 9:00 am to 5:30pm
