Whitehouse Fire Department The Whitehouse Fire Department strives to serve its community as a professional Fire and EMS department.

The Whitehouse Fire Department is an organization of dedicated professionals who are committed to serving the community by protecting life, property, and the environment through prevention, education, emergency medical and fire services. The Department consists of almost 60 dedicated members who have taken intricate classes to become part of the Fire and EMS serivce. All members of the Whitehouse

Fire Department are required to participate in training exercises held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. The Whitehouse Fire Association is responsible for Scholarships, Breakfasts at the Fire Department, and the legendary Chicken BBQ's. Money raised during these events help fund scholarships for Anthony Wayne students, purchase new equipment, and support various community events. The Whitehouse Fire Association meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month.

Heads up for the Duathalon tonight!

The South Fork Duathlon, hosted by Cycle Werks, will take place this evening, Wednesday, May 27, from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:00 PM. The Whitehouse Police Department asks that drivers stay aware of bicyclists and runners during that time.

Traffic Safety Reminders for the Duathlon:

- Waterville St between the Wabash-Cannonball Trail and Texas St will be closed
-Traffic onto Heller Rd from Cottonwood Ln, Chapelstone Rd and Villacourt Ln will be blocked

The following roads will have Officers directing traffic:

- Heller Rd and Stiles Rd
- Heller Rd and Neapolis-Waterville Rd
- Heller Rd and Neowash Rd
- Schadel Rd and Neowash Rd
- Schadel Rd and Neapolis-Waterville Rd
