📣 DID YOU KNOW?
Children ages 6–17 need at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity every single day.

😬 But only 19%–28% of kids are actually meeting this guideline.

Let’s change that, Miller County! 💪💙
This summer is the perfect time to get moving as a family — walking, swimming, biking, playing tag, dancing in the living room… it all counts!

🌟 Join our 3,000,000 Minutes of Movement Challenge

3,000,000 minutes?! That’s like… a LOT! 🤯💪

But guess what? Miller County can absolutely do it — together!
From May 31 to August 29, we’re challenging our community to log 3 million minutes of movement. 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚴‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Here’s the cool part:
If at least 1,099 people move just 30 minutes a day, we’ll crush that goal. Easy. Peasy. 👏

Whether you’re walking the dog, playing in the yard, gardening, swimming, stretching, or hitting the gym — every minute matters.

Your health matters — and preventative care is one of the best ways to take care of yourself for the long run. 💙

Routine women’s health visits can help detect concerns early, provide peace of mind, and keep you feeling your best. Our Women’s Health appointments include screenings, lab work, and time to talk with a nurse practitioner about your health needs.

Need help covering the cost? The Show-Me Healthy Women program may provide free women’s health screenings and services for those who qualify.

Upcoming appointments are available May 20, June 15, and June 30.
