We are currently recruiting Poll Watchers for Early Voting, October 19–31, and Election Day, November 3.

Why Poll Watchers Matter 🇺🇸
Poll watching is an important part of supporting election integrity and complements the many additional initiatives undertaken by our local and state party throughout the election process.

Your participation is greatly appreciated, and training will be provided so you are prepared and confident in your role.

Shifts Needed for:

Early Voting: October 19–31

* Full Day: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (preferred)

* Morning Half Day: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM

* Afternoon Half Day: 2:00–6:30 PM

Election Day: November 3

* Full Day: 6:30 AM–7:30 PM (preferred)

* Morning Half Day: 6:30 AM–1:30 PM

* Afternoon Half Day: 1:30–7:30 PM

Full-day coverage is strongly preferred because it gives us the best opportunity to have consistent poll watcher coverage at as many locations as possible. However, half-day shifts can be accommodated.

We will make every effort to assign you to a polling location as close to your home as possible.

Training 🇺🇸

Both online and in-person training opportunities will be available. Additional information regarding training will be distributed at a later date, so please watch your email for those details.

📚🇺🇸 A Reminder About Our Lake GOP Outreach Project 🇺🇸📚

We’re excited to continue collecting children’s books to help put the gift of reading into the hands of local 4-year-olds! ❤️🤍💙

When donating, please choose gender-neutral, age-appropriate books for 4-year-olds!

Great options include books about:
⭐ ABCs
⭐ Numbers
⭐ Colors & shapes
⭐ Nursery rhymes
⭐ Early learning & preschool concepts

Please do not donate fairy tales, and we ask that you read through the entire book, including every page, before purchasing or donating to make sure it is appropriate for the children we are serving.

Not sure what book to choose? Cash donations are welcome! We’ll use those funds to purchase books that meet the project guidelines.

And remember…the impact is much bigger than just one book! If we distribute 300 books, we’re not only reaching 300 children. Those books go home to parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. A $1,000 investment could potentially touch the lives of 2,100+ people!
