HOW WE HELP OUR COMMUNITY:

We assist Youth, Single Adults, and Families experiencing housing insecurity, as they move through the various realms of homelessness and into renting or owning a home.

95%+ housing retention, and it starts with steady support.

At 1 Day At A Time, we work one day at a time to help families, youth, and single adults move from housing instability to lasting stability. With culturally responsive case management, education, direct assistance, and a network of 600+ landlord partners, we help approximately 300 households stay housed each year.

🕊️ Today, we pause to honor the life and legacy of our dear brother, Yaseen.

Out of respect for Yaseen and his family, 1 Day At A Time will be closed today as our team joins together to honor a man who made a lasting impact on our community.

Yaseen was more than the owner of the property our clients call home; he was a friend, a supporter, and someone who genuinely cared about the people and organizations serving our community. His kindness, generosity, and leadership touched the lives of many, and his legacy will continue to live on through the countless lives he impacted.

Today, we extend our deepest condolences to Yaseen's family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. We invite our community to keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have known him and will continue to honor his memory through the work we do each day.
