That's why we created Birth & Beyond—a 3-session journey starting June 10 where pregnant women and new moms in Sacramento can learn, prepare, and connect with others walking the same path. You'll get expert guidance on everything from third-trimester readiness to life after baby, and we'll celebrate together at a community baby shower in August. 💛

At our recent Health and Nutrition Workshop, parents and their kids gathered at REDA's community center for a day of learning and growth. What started as a lesson about healthy eating became something much bigger. 🥗

✨ A Shared Learning Experience
It was inspiring to see kids translating for their parents as families discovered affordable nutrition options together. Everyone left with practical tools to build healthier routines in their new home.

🤝 Why This Work Matters
Watching parents and children learn side by side reminds us why we do this. When we remove language barriers and create welcoming spaces, immigrant families don't just survive - they thrive. 📈
