The Town of Rutherford water bills that were mailed April 27, 2026 are being held up at the USPS distribution center in Memphis. Bills are due by the 10th so please call 731-665-7166 or come by city hall and we will provide you with the amount of your bill.

Sealed bids will be taken for sale of a 40-foot Vulcan LB20 Lowbed Semi Trailer. This is former US property with a gross maximum weight of 55,140 lbs. Bids can be mailed to PO Box 487, Rutherford; TN 38369 or delivered to Rutherford City Hall, 202 East Main Street, Rutherford, TN 38369. The dumpsters for spring cleanup have been delivered to the police department. These dumpsters are for Rutherford residents only. Customers must take their items to the dumpsters ane place them inside. Our street crew will not being doing any pickups. The dumpsters are provided for self service.
