Willie faithfully served as a Driver with Pafford EMS since 2018. Throughout his years of service, he demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and compassion while supporting our crews and the communities we serve. His presence and commitment will truly be missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Paramedic Britany McCarty, a beloved member of the Pafford family since 2018.

Throughout her years of service, Britany exemplified compassion, dedication, and selflessness in every aspect of her work. She cared deeply for her patients, supported those around her, and made a lasting impact on countless lives. Her presence, kindness, and commitment to serving others will never be forgotten, and this loss is deeply felt across our entire organization.

The UP Award, short for “Uniform Pro,” recognizes members who consistently demonstrate professionalism through a positive attitude, adherence to uniform standards, and keeping their units clean, stocked, and ready for service. For our Communications team, this award also recognizes attention to detail, timely coordination, and the support they provide to our field crews each day. Nominations are submitted by peers and highlight those who consistently set a strong example.
