Students in Mr. Ren’s class practiced their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills through a fun lacing activity using cardboard cut into shapes and rope/shoe lace. They really enjoyed the activity and stayed engaged while strengthening their hand and finger skills.
This will make their hands better equipped to do things like tripod pencil grips and writing!

🍊🏁 YOU CRUSHED THE FIRST MONTH OF SCHOOL! 🏁🍊

Our PTA rolled through Red Rock Elementary today with the Crushed It Cart, bringing some much-needed smiles, snacks, and refreshing treats to our amazing staff! 🧡

From Crush Orange sodas and snacks to sweet treats and all the little goodies in between, our PTA made sure our teachers and staff knew just how much they are appreciated. 🥰

We are SO lucky to have a PTA that goes above and beyond to love on our staff and make the school year a little brighter! 🌟

Our third graders put their engineering skills to the test with the Gumdrop Bridge Challenge! 🍬🌉

Students worked together to design and build a bridge using gumdrops and toothpicks that could span a 15 cm gap—then came the ultimate test: How many pennies could their bridge hold? 🪙

We love watching our students plan, build, test, problem-solve, and learn from their designs! That’s STEM learning at its best! 💡👏
