Day 4 of Spirit Week - Western Day! 🫶🏻

Hi friends, supporters, and followers! We have a request we could use some assistance with - our Emergency Shelter is in need of a new washing machine to keep up with the increasing laundry needs of our residents! We are seeking to purchase a commercial-grade, heavy duty Speed Queen washing machine from Gilbert’s Appliance here in Owosso - a machine that will last given our high level of usage. The cost is $1,299 and given our funding needs, could use some support to make this happen!

Twelve weeks ago, we started with a simple belief:

Every survivor deserves hope.

Since then, we've talked about what hope looks like.
It looks like being believed.
It looks like a safe place to turn.
It looks like children learning what healthy love looks like.
It looks like prevention.
It looks like healing.
It looks like community.
It looks like a survivor discovering that what happened to them does not have to define everything that comes next.

And through every one of these weeks, you have been part of the story.
Every person who donated.
Every person who shared a post.
Every person who talked about this work.
Every volunteer.
Every advocate.
Every community member who decided that survivors deserve better.

You helped carry hope forward.

Today is Week 12 of our campaign and whether you gave $10, $100, $1,000—or simply helped spread the word—we want you to know: Thank you.
Thank you for believing this work matters.
Thank you for believing survivors matter.
Thank you for believing our community can be safer, healthier, and more compassionate.
And thank you for choosing hope.

Our campaign may be ending, but the work continues.
There will always be another person who needs someone to listen.
Another family who needs support.
Another child who needs to learn that love should never hurt.
Another survivor who needs to know: You are not alone. You are believed. You matter. There is hope.
