Today was a good day to clean up our fleet and maintain some hydrants throughout our service area as well. Would like to thank Wartburg Central High Football players Khrishton Garrett, Isaac Sills, Zaiden Williams, and Marshall Stedam for the help today. We are all in this together to make our community a better place. Also thanks to Proline for the great product to clean our trucks up.

Wishing you all the best in 2026.

I’d say this is true with most within emergency services. We are all in this together and meant to help one another in life.

šŸ”„šŸŒ³ It is wildfire season in Tennessee, which means burn permits are required whenever you burn leaves or natural debris, including hurricane debris.

A few things to note:

šŸ”„ Permits are FREE

šŸ”„ Permits can be obtained online at burnsafetn.org

šŸ”„ If you don't have internet access, you can get a permit Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm local time, by calling 877-350-2876

šŸ”„ Some local municipalities have additional burning restrictions and / or alternative burn permit programs, so always check local requirements before burning

šŸ”„ Links to information about burning hurricane debris can be found at burnsafetn.org

We're happy to answer any questions you have!

Prayers for the family. Our condolences to the family and department during this tough time.

We are so broken hearted to share that Bryson has passed. He fought a hard fight and we will miss him beyond words. Please remember his family and us in your prayers
There are not enough words to thank each person that has prayed or given blood for Bryson during this time , the Prayers have been felt.
Please still plan to give blood 8/12 as it will help with his medical bills towards the 180+ units of blood he's received. Thank you!

Please pray for Bryson and family at Blair Volunteer Fire Department . Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
