The Friends Annual Spring Fair is happening now until 2PM! Find a selection of books, homeware, plants from Mystic Garden Club and much more. All proceeds benefit the Library!

Join us on the library lawn for the Friends of the MNL Annual Spring Fair Saturday, June 6th from 9 am - 2 pm rain or shine. Silent Auction closes at 2 pm. Books, Plants, White Elephant, music, food and more!

Book Sale Preview Party Thursday, June 4th 5-7 pm. $5 admission and all items 50% OVER marked prices. The Weeklong Book Sale will run from June 8th-13th.

Volunteers are needed for upcoming June Friends events! A sign up sheet will be available by the copier by the circulation desk for before, during, and after the Fair, as well as for the Week Long Book Sale. Please come in the Library and sign up for a shift or two.

If you would prefer to sign up electronically, please email [email protected] to learn which shifts are available for each event and we will confirm your choice(s) with you.

Spring is here! Join us next Thursday, May 28th, for our Spring Soiree Fundraiser at the Haley Mansion from 5:30-7:30PM for a lovely evening and support your Library and all the resources and programs it provides.

Tasty hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail created for this event will be available. This year’s live music will be provided by Adam Anderson and Steve Donovan, both Connecticut natives. Steve, a pianist, recently returned from Los Angeles, where he performed, composed, and produced music for over 20 years. Adam landed on his love of bass in his early 20s. Playing as both a band leader and accompanist, he has helped reinforce a communal goal for building a strong local culture around live musical performance.

While enjoying music, food, and beverages, you’ll be able to participate in a Wine Pull, Silent Auction, and Paddle Raise. All of these activities will help support the essential services of the Mystic & Noank Library. We hope you join us!
