Northwest is proud to name Leonard Jorge our Safety Driver of the Quarter!
Since joining our team in October 2025, Leonard has become someone we truly rely on. Whether he is covering a shift, supporting dispatch, or going the extra mile for a client, he is always willing to help. His commitment to getting every client to their destination safely is exactly what this recognition is about.
This past quarter, Leonard:
• Assisted 832 clients
• Drove more than 11,630 miles
Behind those numbers are hundreds of safe, dependable trips and a friendly face that clients were glad to see. His reliability and positive attitude make a real difference for our dispatchers, our clients, and his fellow drivers.
Thank you, Leonard, for your hard work and dedication. We deeply appreciate everything you do, and we are happy to celebrate you.
