We hold these values very dear and they can be found in both our projects and normal day-to-day operations. We base everything we do on these values, because at the end of the day, we are not just building a house; we are building a HOME. Since HOPE of Martin CDC was incorporated in December 2002, we have completed 12 units in Marti

n, along with an administrative office and common area. We have also expanded in Union City and have completed 8 units which include a three bedroom single family home and a studio apartment. Hope of Martin receives funding from NSP/HUD, THDA, HAC and Federal Home Loan Bank due to our 501 (c)(3) non-profit status and our mission to develop underserved communities. We have also received additional funding and in-kind services from the City of Martin, the City of Union City and Obion County. Above all, we could not serve our communities without the support and donations from community members.
