Marshall Public Library is looking for an organized, friendly, and service-minded person to join our team!

- 💼 Full-time position — 40 hours per week, with a possible approved 32-hour schedule
- 💲 $20–$24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
- 🏥 Health insurance contribution, IMRF retirement, paid time off, and other benefits
- 📍 Must reside within the Marshall School District

A library science degree is preferred, but not required! Applicants with experience in education, customer service, technology, program coordination, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Transferable skills and a willingness to learn are valued.

Our Head Librarian, Jamie Poorman, has announced her plans to leave her position, effective March 31, 2027.

Jamie has been an important part of our library team, sharing her knowledge, dedication, and care for our collections, programs, and community. We’re grateful that she will remain with us through March to help ensure a thoughtful transition.
