The project features a 10’-0” DoubleTrap system, providing a large-scale solution for stormwater infiltration and runoff reduction. The single-basin system consists of 442 pieces and 7 panels, delivering approximately 253,486 cubic feet of stormwater storage capacity.

Cadia Village is a new mixed-use community being developed in Mooresville, North Carolina. As part of the larger development, StormTrap provided a stormwater management system beneath the grocery store parking lot.

To maximize storage capacity while minimizing the system footprint, the design incorporated a sumped detention area downstream of the sand filter, creating an efficient solution for both stormwater treatment and storage.

Our team worked closely with Bolton & Menk to develop a system layout that accommodated several site constraints. The final design features a multi-height system with 15’-0”, 9’-0”, and 6’-6” DoubleTrap.

The basin provides the required treatment and storage capacity within the available footprint and can store up to 128,643 cubic feet of stormwater.

Crow Market is a data center project in Dallas, Texas. The tight site required the stormwater system to fit within a limited footprint. StormTrap designed a custom 152-piece underground detention system using 5'-0" SingleTrap units, providing approximately 82,000 cubic feet of stormwater storage. The basin maximized available space while optimizing the overall site layout and minimizing stormwater infrastructure impacts.
