When the inspector asks for records, how many vendors do you call?
If fire alarm, security, and monitoring each come from a different company, getting ready for an inspection means pulling reports from each one, in different formats, on different schedules. When something doesn’t line up, like monitoring records that don’t match what was installed, sorting out who owns the gap falls to you.
Under our System Lifecycle model, inspections can cover the security and other low-voltage systems we service, not fire alarm alone, and every report goes into one centralized digital record, ready when the fire marshal or your insurer asks for it. If a deficiency turns up, the correction and re-test are handled within the same service relationship.
That works even if another company installed your system. After a brief review, we can take over inspection, maintenance, or monitoring without a redesign or reinstall.
