🚒 Sweet Treat, Serious Safety! 🚒
Happy National Dessert Day! While Firefighter’s loves a good sweet treat after a long shift, the only thing we love more is keeping your family safe.
Since Fire Prevention Week just ended, it’s a great reminder to check the things in your home that use power or heat!
• Test your smoke alarms: Press the test button today. Make sure every level of your home has a working alarm.
• Check battery safety: Don't overload outlets or leave phones, tablets, or e-bikes charging unattended or on soft surfaces.
• Keep the kitchen clear: Never leave cooking unattended (trust us, burnt station cookies are no fun)

Drop a comment with your crew's favorite dessert and let us know: When was the last time you tested your smoke alarms? 👇

Today is World Mental Health Day, we want to remind everyone from our first responders to the people in the communities that we serve that it’s ok to not be ok. Let’s look out for each other, check in on your friends, your neighbors and your families and never hesitate to ask for help.
If you or someone you know is struggling, free and confidential support is available 24/7 by calling or texting 988.
