👏 We’re celebrating Dennette Kreutzkamp for her compassion, positivity, and more than 24 years of making a difference at Livingston ESA! As a classroom aide in our PREP Program, Dennette brings warmth and encouragement to her work, building meaningful relationships with learners, families, and colleagues that last far beyond the classroom. From supporting our youngest learners in Early Childhood Special Education to helping adult learners prepare for their next steps, Dennette has a gift for making everyone feel valued and cared for. Her colleagues call her a “literal ray of sunshine,” and we couldn’t agree more!

One of our newest CTE programs is already making moves! 🚗🔧

Housed at Pinckney Community Schools, the new Auto Collision and Restoration class is off to a great start. One of the students even brought his work to a local car show over the weekend!

Alongside Automotive Technology, this program gives learners hands-on experience and the opportunity to explore careers in the automotive industry.

Enjoying the outdoors! ☀️

Our Health & Wellness class from our PREP building took a trip to the park and spent time exploring the Brighton Mill Pond.

From taking in the scenery to making some music on the outdoor piano, it was a wonderful day for active learning and fresh air! 🌿🎹✨

Last week, some of our Head Start classrooms visited their local fire stations to learn about fire safety!

The firefighters taught them about smoke alarms, stop, drop and roll (which was a big hit!), and that firefighters are still friendly faces, even when they're wearing all the big gear.

The kids even got to check out the fire engines, and let's just say one of our little guys looked pretty ready to join the force!
