Officials with the Montrose Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone conducted a parking study from October 2025 to January 2026 to hear from residents, business owners and visitors of the neighborhood on how parking plays a role in their everyday lives and decisions.

Thanks to Office of Council Member Abbie Kamin for getting funding forn this drainage project in the Roseland community. The Montrose TIRZ will partner with the City on this project and contribute $525,000 for the sidewalk reconstruction work.

Houston officials approved a pair of projects that would improve drainage infrastructure and expand access to green space in District C.

Check out the presentation on the Mandell Street Improvement Project. Comments may be submitted to [email protected] by Monday, March 30. The project scope includes the replacement or upgrading of sidewalks, mill and overlay asphalt, upgrade street lights and tree protection and preservation
