Patrick M. “Marty” Lancton has spent more than 20 years serving Houston — on the front lines as a firefighter and paramedic and as a strong voice for those in the fire service.

As HPFFA President since 2016 and Vice President of the Texas State Association of Fire Fighters 6th, Marty has fought for fair pay, safety and dignity for Houston’s firefighters. He also leads the HPFFA Charitable Foundation and founded the Red Hot Gala, raising millions to support firefighters and their families.

A proud Houston native, father and loyal Astros and Rockets fan, Marty believes in servant leadership — putting Houston firefighters and their families first.
