These scammer accounts may have mutual friends with you and even seem as if they live in your area and are in your age group. This is happening to children and adults all over. Please be sure you are monitoring your childrens devices and social media. Be leary of any account trying to "be your friend" that you don't know personally.

Financially motivated sextortion is a crime.

Parents, educators, caregivers, and young persons should be aware of how to stay safe online, the risks and warning signs, and how to report if you or someone you know is a victim: https://www.fbi.gov/how-we-can-help-you/scams-and-safety/common-frauds-and-scams/sextortion/financially-motivated-sextortion

While many gather with friends and family this Memorial Day, we also pause to remember the heroes who never had the chance to come home.

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Please join us in honoring the fallen and reflecting on the true meaning of Memorial Day.

School is out, routines change, and for some teens, that can quietly impact mental health more than people realize.

Less structure, isolation, social pressure, anxiety, family stress, and too much time online can all take a toll during the summer months.

Check in with your kids. Spend time together. Encourage them to get outside, stay connected, and talk openly when something feels off. 💚

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available:

Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline
Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741
Texas Youth Helpline: 1-800-989-6884 or text 512-872-5777

You are not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help.
