🎶 THANK YOU FOR A GREAT 2026 CONCERT SERIES! 🎶

The wind and rain certainly made our final concert a challenge, but we want to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening possible!

A special thank you to our vendors, organizations who hosted informational booths and displays, COP volunteers, CERT members, law enforcement, and HCSD staff for your hard work and dedication throughout the season.

A big shoutout to the band New Romantics, a Taylor Swift Tribute for coming out and setting up despite the wind and rain! We truly appreciate your efforts!

Over the past few weeks, many Helendale residents have shared concerns on Facebook about the recent increase in homeless activity and its impact on our community. We want you to know that those concerns are being taken seriously.

This week, the Helendale CSD management and Board President, Ron Clark from the Helendale CSD held a meeting with the County Supervisor’s Office, Silver Lakes Association, County Behavioral Health, County Homeless Services, and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

The purpose of this meeting was to bring our community’s concerns directly to the agencies involved, discuss available resources and explore solutions.

One important takeaway from the meeting was the importance of reporting incidents to the Sheriff’s Department. If you witness criminal activity or believe someone may be experiencing a mental health crisis, contact the Sheriff’s Department. For non-emergencies the number is 760-965-5001. They work closely with County Behavioral Health and Homeless Services to determine what assistance or response is appropriate. These reports also help the Sheriff’s Department get a more accurate picture of what is happening in Helendale. When incidents are reported, it helps demonstrate the level of need in our community and provides important information when determining where to focus attention and resources.

Helendale CSD and Silver Lakes Association are working to organize a community town hall with the Sheriff’s Department. We want residents to have the opportunity to ask questions, share their concerns, and hear directly from the Sheriff’s Department and other County representatives.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to speak up. We know these concerns are important to our community, and we will continue working with our partners to make sure Helendale's needs are heard.
