Last night, we hosted another session of Read It & Eat: Cookbook Club and made recipes from My Mexican Kitchen by Eva Longoria 🇲🇽🌮 Here were some of our favorite recipes:

HTPL is so excited to participate in the Metro Detroit Silent Book Club Summer Passport Program! 🗺️📚
Pick up a Silent Book Club Passport from the front desk starting June 4 and visit different Silent Book Clubs all throughout Metro Detroit from June through August. Collect stamps from all clubs you attend to earn raffle entries for a Grand Book Basket Prize! Choose from our upcoming Silent Book Club meeting times to get started:

Do you have historic photos, documents, or letters pertaining to Harrison Township history? On Saturday, May 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., we're hosting a Local History Scanning Party! HTPL is working on developing our local history collection, and we're looking for community members to help!
Sign up for a time slot between 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to have library staff digitize up to 10 photos, letters, or documents for you to keep or donate to our up-and-coming local history collection. We are seeking items that reflect local history, people, places and events. Think photos of local scenes, buildings, past residents, homes, military, churches, yearbooks, and more!
