From welding to culinary arts, hands-on learning takes many forms at Georgetown ISD! 🔧🍳

Through Career & Technical Education (CTE), GISD students have access to hands-on programs designed to build practical skills and prepare them for careers and the workforce.

📚 How does this connect to Proposition A?

If approved, GISD estimates Proposition A would provide approximately $8.4 million in additional funding this school year, with similar increases in future years. Preserving student programs is one of the district's priorities, and CTE is one example of its existing programs.
