⚡ As lithium-ion technologies continue expanding across energy storage, transportation, marine operations, EV infrastructure, and critical facilities, the fire protection challenges surrounding them are evolving just as rapidly.

Traditional suppression approaches were not originally engineered around the full hazard chain associated with lithium-ion battery failure events, including thermal runaway propagation, flammable v***r generation, and toxic off-gassing.

💧 F-500 EA® Micelle Mist combines water mist cooling performance with encapsulator-based chemistry to support high-risk environments such as BESS, EV charging infrastructure, data centers, marine applications, industrial battery rooms, and energized environments where visibility, v***r control, and rapid cooling are critical.

📡 Integrated technologies such as Smart-LX® also support real-time temperature and v***r monitoring to improve situational awareness and response readiness.

Wildfires across South Georgia have led to evacuations, property loss, and smoke drifting across the region. 🌫️

In recent days, tens of thousands of acres have burned, with several fires still only partially contained.

With dry conditions and shifting winds, these incidents show how quickly fire behavior can change and how challenging containment can become. 🪾🌳

On the ground, response goes beyond suppression, managing heat, limiting spread, and reducing the chance of re-ignition where conditions allow. 🔥

That shift in fire behavior is also shaping how suppression is carried out.

As these risks continue to evolve, there is a growing need for suppression to evolve alongside them.
