Families can find Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) sites by using the Meet Up and Eat Up site locator map or the USDA Meals For Kids Site Finder. Enter your address in the search bar at the top left of the map to find participating locations. Both maps are updated throughout the summer as new sites become available. Families can also receive SFSP site information by calling 211.

A little late, but still worth sharing!
NHS worked hard this year - they stepped up and helped whenever it was needed. They tutored, they helped clean up our campus, helped our younger Mustangs, and volunteered well over 500 hours combined! As a thank you for their hard work, they were treated to a fun field trip to The Kicks at Bowen Lake where they played footgolf and human foosball. They also enjoyed some delicious ice cream, thanks to Sweet Serendipity LLC!

Our 6th-grade students traced an outline of themselves and wrote in their heart who supported them this year and what they are proud of. In their brain, they listed their favorite topic/thing they learned. At their feet, they wrote down their dreams and goals as they move on to seventh grade.

Mr. Kauffman’s 9th grade US History class had some great timeline projects. Tomorrow is the big day where they find out the winning family.

Through the Montabella Elementary PTO, we support small and large causes within our school. Field trips, assemblies, library and classroom books, events, teacher needs (supplies, parties, classroom needs), playground updates, t-shirts for staff and students, and so much more. The Mustangs competed in the MSAC Championship last Tuesday and left everything on the track in their final home meet of the season. The boys finished 3rd overall in the league, while the girls earned runner-up honors, finishing just two points shy of the championship. The following athletes earned All-Conference honors:

Several of our Mustangs will travel to Greenville on Wednesday to compete in the Daily News Invite, before heading to State Finals on Saturday with our six qualifiers!

A HUGE congratulations to James Rodriguez, who broke his second school record of the season in the 100m Dash! Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment!
