Yesterday, I was proud to attend the first steel beam signing ceremony for the future Ronald McDonald House Long Island in Stony Brook!
This project represents an incredible investment in our community and will provide a welcoming home away from home for families with children receiving medical care. By offering families a place to stay close to their loved ones during difficult times, Ronald McDonald House Long Island provides comfort, support, and peace of mind when it matters most.
Thank you to Matt Campo and the entire Ronald McDonald House Long Island team, along with Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine, our healthcare partners, and everyone whose dedication is making this project possible.
I look forward to seeing this facility come to life and the lasting difference it will make for families across Long Island.
