Friday we celebrated our amazing 8th graders at their continuation ceremony. We are so proud of all you have accomplished and excited for the journey ahead.

As Dr. Seuss said, “You’re off to Great Places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so… get on your way!”

Well done Hamilton Student Council These students organized a school clean-up day on the morning of Sat., May 16th, dedicating their time to ensure the outside of the school was ready for 8th grade continuation on Friday, May 22. PTSO supplied food and drinks for the student council volunteers. Thank you for your PTSO donations to make this small act of support possible.

We kicked off Teacher Appeciation Week in the best way!💜💚

Monday was a well deserved comp day for our amazing teachers and staff. Then on Tuesday, we celebrated with popcorn treats and the incredible DPS Cares District Team, who helped in the hallways and covered ALL lunches so our teachers could enjoy extended lunch. 🥪🍿

And just when we thought the week couldn’t get better… we were gifted an amazing snow day today! ❄️

A heartfelt thank you to every district team member who gave their time to make our teachers feel appreciated you are truly the best!💜 💚

Great schools are built on strong leadership, and Ms. Hammel is the heart of ours. In such a short time, she has created a culture where kindness is expected, growth is encouraged, and every voice matters. Her steady guidance, positive spirit, and genuine dedication make a difference you can feel the moment you walk through our doors.

She leads with intention, supports with compassion, and celebrates every success,big or small. Because of her, our school isn’t just a place to learn, it’s a place to belong.
