Can we talk about the sensory room at our All Abilities Boo Bash?! 😍💙🧡

With all the excitement going on, we wanted a space where our kiddos could take a little break, explore, move and have fun at their own pace! 🥰

Sensory-friendly spaces are such an important part of making community events inclusive for ALL abilities!

So proud of what Grand Prairie Host Familia Lions Club RAAVE DFW and the Grand Prairie Host Family Lions Club brought together for our families! ❤️

We've got TWO exciting events coming up, and I can't wait! 🥰

✨ Saturday, December 12th – RAAVE Together Benefit!
An evening of food, music, community, and coming together to support inclusive opportunities for children and families of all abilities!

❄️ Tuesday, December 29th – Winter Wonderland Camp!
A day filled with sensory activities, arts and crafts, movement, games, and FUN! We'll have morning, afternoon, and all-day sessions available.

Every event, every connection, and every opportunity brings us one step closer to creating a more inclusive community! 💙

We had such a great time at the Empowering Parents Fall Social hosted by Frisco Feeding & Speech Therapy! 💙💚💕

💙💚 Then vs. Now! 🥹

Five years of watching this little Sour Patch grow! 😂❤️ Sweet one minute, keeping me on my toes the next!

One of my favorite things about working with children is getting to see their different personalities, interests, and stages of development. No two kiddos are alike, and that's what makes it so much fun!

This little guy and his family have been part of my life for five years, and he's even joined us for a few RAAVE events! 🥰

And that's something I love about RAAVE. Inclusion isn't about separating children by abilities or diagnoses. It's about bringing EVERYONE together to play, learn, build friendships, and make memories.

Different kids. Different personalities. One community. 💙💚

💙💚 Meet the Board Behind RAAVE DFW!

Meet Joseph Rowe! 🇺🇸

Joseph is an Iraq War veteran, systems engineer, and proud member of the RAAVE DFW Board of Directors.

Fun fact! Joseph's family has deep roots in North Texas! His family history is connected to the early development of Carrollton, and he's also related to the namesake of John R. Good Elementary School in Irving. Talk about local history! 🤯

Joseph brings a unique combination of military service, technical expertise, and community roots to our organization.

We're grateful to have him on our team as we continue creating inclusive communities throughout DFW! 💙💚
