Today's the day at Tiger Mountain Rural Fire Department and
Shady Grove Central High Fire Department !!!
Both departments are hosting great events today, so be sure to stop by, show your support, and enjoy what they have planned.
Our county's volunteer fire departments rely on the support of their communities and fellow departments. By attending events, volunteering, donating, or simply helping spread the word, you're helping ensure these departments can continue serving and protecting our families, friends, and neighbors.
Supporting one another makes all of us stronger, and that's what the fire service is all about!!
Please share!!
Have a safe and happy Saturday, everyone!

Good evening everyone! We would like to address some confusion and rumors going around involving the boundary line between the Council Hill Fire Department and the northern edge of the Paradise Point Fire Protection Area.

The Paradise Point Fire Protection Area extends all the way to the Muskogee County line at Council Hill (see attached map). Our coverage area does NOT cross county lines, and the Council Hill Fire Protection Area does not cross into McIntosh County.

While we greatly appreciate the assistance of neighboring departments whenever mutual aid is needed, we want everyone to understand that just because another department may be physically closer to a location does not necessarily mean they are the department assigned to respond to your call.

We have attached a map to hopefully help clear up any confusion regarding district boundaries. If anyone has questions, please feel free to message us here or call us at 539-216-0173.

Thank you all for your continued support of your local fire departments and the firefighters who work hard to serve our communities.

We want to wish our Chief Chris a very Happy Birthday! ๐ŸŽ‰
Thank you to everyone who took the time to wish him a wonderful day. We truly appreciate all the support and kindness shown to our fire family.
We also want to take a moment to recognize how incredibly proud we are of one of our retired firefighters, Ellen Angel, for her brave and inspiring battle against glioblastoma. Not only has she surpassed expectations, but she continues to amaze and inspire us every single day with her strength and determination. She is a true warrior with a heart of gold.
We are truly thankful for all of our amazing firefighters both past and present and for the dedication, courage, and heart they bring to our community every day!
