Our Kindergarteners stepped back in time to celebrate the 50th day of school with poodle skirts, rolled-up jeans, cool shades, and a rockin’ Sock Hop! 🧦🎵

📚✏️ Little Readers, Big Thinkers! 💙💛

Our 2nd grade Wolverines are working hard to become stronger readers AND writers! 🐾

Students have been learning how to create GIST statements to summarize the most important information from a text. They’re also practicing how to respond to informational writing prompts by answering questions clearly and using evidence from the text to support their thinking! 🧠📝

These skills are helping our students become confident readers, thoughtful writers, and independent thinkers! We love seeing our Wolverines grow as they learn to turn what they read into meaningful writing! 🌟

A huge thank-you to ATS The Bridge for joining us at Michigan Avenue to kick off Red Ribbon Week! ❤️

Our 4th and 5th grade students received valuable information about the dangers of va**ng, ni****ne use, and the impact these substances can have on their growing minds and bodies. These important conversations help our students make informed, healthy choices and understand the importance of taking care of themselves.
