We had an amazing two days learning from the Jenifer Sarver with Sarver Strategies. We cannot say enough great things about the lessons learned, the practical applications, and the engaging ways to tell your story and communicate effectively. Thank you for spending time with us to help us better support the community we serve!

Last week I had the privilege of working with a terrific team at the Buda Economic Development Corporation. Over the course of a two-day retreat we covered a range of topics from the value of consistency in communication to the power of storytelling. This is a tremendous group of passionate leaders who care deeply about their local residents and the future of their community.

I learned so much about this terrific community, just one stop south of Austin! I'm excited to head down for a dinner date night to take advantage of the local cuisine in their fantastic downtown.

Working with teams to help them build their communication muscle and shape and tell their story is one of my favorite client assignments. How can I help your organization?

✨ Buda Business Spotlight: The Porch at Du Pre ✨

A new neighborhood is taking shape along Old Black Colony Road! 🏡

The Porch at Du Pre is a residential development spanning more than 17 acres at 3026 Old Black Colony Road. Once complete, the community will include a mix of 75 townhomes and 53 single-family homes, bringing a total of 128 new residences to Buda.

🚧 Phase 1, which includes the townhome portion of the project, is under construction, and the public improvements associated with the development have been completed.

📍 Current Status: Permitted/Open

The Porch at Du Pre adds another mix of housing options for residents as Buda continues to grow and welcome new neighbors.
