Friday we recognized SSgt Overton and her final class of the 1C3 3-Level All-Domain Command and Control Operations Course. Through hard work and dedication, these Airmen built the foundational skills required to succeed in the Command and Control mission. SSgt Overton’s leadership and mentorship made a lasting impact on this class and the 1C3 community.

We also welcome SSgt Cox, our newest instructor, as he completed his sit-behind toward instructor certification. We’re excited to have him join the team and look forward to the impact he’ll make training the next generation of 1C3 Airmen.

Shout out to Airfield Operations Officer Class 25007! This past week they came together for a volunteer beach cleanup, demonstrating their commitment to service beyond the uniform. By picking up trash along the Biloxi beach, they not only protected local wildlife and preserved the natural beauty of the coast, but also set an example of civic responsibility. Volunteering in this way highlights the importance of community engagement—showing that small actions, like removing litter, can have a big impact on the environment and inspire others to take pride in keeping shared spaces clean. Way to lead from the front!
