If you are voting by mail, we encourage you to mark your ballot and promptly send it back to us. Marked ballots must be received by 5PM Wednesday, May 27th, the day after Election Day, if it's postmarked on or before Election Day, Tuesday, May 26th. Marked ballots must be mailed to our office via the United States Postal Service or contract carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).

Per state law, a voter may hand-deliver his or her OWN ballot to our main office (804 Pecan St., Bastrop) ONLY on Election Day, Tuesday, May 26th, WITH a photo ID.
