𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐂𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐎𝐅 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 🇵🇭🏆

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region II proudly congratulates Team Philippines, Champion of the Cyber SEA Game 2026, held October 26–27, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza in Bangkok, Thailand.

Thirty-six participants in nine national teams from ASEAN Member States competed in Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges. The problems covered reverse engineering, binary exploitation, web security, cryptography, and digital forensics. The Philippines finished first, ahead of Singapore (1st Runner-Up) and Malaysia (2nd Runner-Up).

He was also a member of the HackForGov 2026 Region II Regional Champion team. His journey from a regional competition to an international podium shows what programs like HackForGov make possible: talent spotted locally, sharpened nationally, and proven on the world stage.
