With profound sorrow, we, the SK Federation Council, mourn the passing of our fellow youth leader, colleague, and dear friend, Hon. Vincent Toledo.
His dedication to public service, commitment to empowering the youth, and genuine concern for the welfare of others have left an enduring mark on our federation and the communities he faithfully served. Beyond his role as an SK Chairperson, he was a source of inspiration, camaraderie, and strength to all of us who had the privilege of working alongside him.
As we grieve this heartbreaking loss, we also honor and celebrate a life devoted to leadership, service, and compassion. His contributions, memories, and legacy will continue to inspire us in our mission to serve the youth and our communities.
On behalf of the entire SK Federation Council, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. We join them in prayer and remembrance during this difficult time.
