Let’s talk numbers. 💰

I estimate that implementing Bill 28 could cost my library around $15,000.

That’s 25% of my entire annual library budget.

And here’s the problem: there’s no additional funding coming with these requirements.

When your entire annual budget is already stretched, you don’t just magically find another $15,000. It means something else has to go.
