Europeans are resetting this week. Before your diary fills up, try movement snacking: small bursts of activity that fit into whatever the day already looks like. Start with these three:

🏃‍➡️🛗 Race the lift. Take the stairs and see if you beat it. You will, and you'll feel unreasonably smug for the next 20 minutes.

🙆🧘‍♀️ Collect the stretch. A stretch at your desk. A stretch waiting for the kettle. A stretch mid-call. See how many can gather.

🚶‍➡️⏱️ Try Japanese walking. 3 minutes brisk, 3 minutes easy, repeat for about 30. Loop round the block on a break and make it fun.

Got another one? Tell us in the comments. Then join the European Week of Sport from 23 to 30 September. Find an event near you: https://link.europa.eu/8HwNXR

🌍 From education to business: Erasmus+ is helping build the skills Europeans need to innovate and stay competitive.

Through the Erasmus+ Alliances for Innovation, education and industry are working together to develop new ways of teaching & learning, strengthen links with the labour market and foster entrepreneurial mindsets.

🔹 18 Alliances for Education and Enterprises will modernise curricula, promote challenge-based learning and help learners develop skills for innovation, backed by €25 million in Erasmus+ funding.

🔹 6 STEM Skills Foundries will build lasting partnerships between education, business and other innovation actors, giving student entrepreneurs access to laboratories, technical infrastructure and support, backed by €10 million.

Together, these projects are strengthening Europe’s innovation ecosystem and helping prepare learners for the skills, challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. 🚀
